I'm all about one-on-ones

My coaching is unorthodox from what you would probably find with other coaches in the sense that I don't offer free downloadable pamphlets or how-to formulas. I show up for one-on-ones ready to do the work with you because that's how I operate. I bring a wide range of practices and methods to our sessions that will be tailored to fit your specific needs.  Get ready, because we're about to shake some shit up.

First thing's first, it's all messy.  Changing, healing, creating purpose, moving on, finding happiness, the journey for success, all of it is messy.  There is no one-size-fits-all for your path, which is great because that means you're not limited to a certain formula and get to create what works for you. You get to be the creator of your BEATIFUL MESS.

breathwork

Breathwork is one of the oldest and most reliable practices used for mind + body + spirit connection.  It is a dependable tool that's readily available and with you at all times.  It's important to gain clarity while on your journey.  Being able to remove yourself from all the busy and sit with your self is an essential part of growing and changing.  You will learn ways to reduce stress immediately, focus your energy, open your awareness, and just smile as you feel the freedom from accessing your power within.

Journaling

 Journaling is a form of self expression and is another tool that uses natural ability to improve your well-being and self in many ways.   There are countless benefits to expressive writing and these are some that will be in alignment with your purpose here. Journaling cultivates self awareness, reduce & relieves stress, deepens gratitude, allows for self-reflection, improves emotional regulation, serves as a healthy coping mechanism, provides clarity, provides a foundation for creating and achieving goals, and improves mental health.
